Mikaela & Harry’s Backyard Wedding at Davistown on the Central Coast

Tell me about your The Beginning!

“Our first date we went to Barrenjoey Headland because we both like being outdoors and being active. We walked up to the top of the climb and then out to the end of headland sat there and watched the ocean chatting for a while and hit it off immediately. Mikaela let me know later she almost bailed on the date.”

When and where did you get engaged?

“We got engaged at the same place went on our first date to Barrenjoey Headland. I tried to keep it a secret from Mikaela but she suspicious because I told her not to look in the bank account after buying the ring about two weeks earlier. I was also really sick and felt like I was about to die after walking up the hill for the engagement.”

Why did you choose to have your wedding in Davistown?

“The venue is Harry's parents place where we have been spending a fair bit of time on weekends in recent years.”

What are you most looking forward to on the day?

“Harry - Seeing Mik's dress. Mik - Marrying Harry”

Top Tips?

“Book Hayley for an engagement shoot! For the wedding we haven't really had any problems with the planning so we aren't actually sure.”
